Create a Note
Each note is based on a Template, which is customized to your preferences, to provide the structure, formatting, and settings to make adding a note quick, efficient, and consistent.
The typical new note flow is:
Choose a Template.
Verify workflow preferences, like Release to Patient Portal, Note Reviewer and Note Recipients, are appropriate for the current note.
Verify information pulled from other areas of the chart using Macros and Templates.
Edit the note.
Add Billing codes.
Sign, Save, and Send the note.
To begin, choose either your default template or a different template.
