Documentation for Nurses

Nursing documentation includes Patient Assessments, IV access information, Treatment Events, Medication Administration Records, Nursing Procedures, and any Free Text notes relevant to the patient visit. Once documentation has been completed, a nurse note that includes your documentation is automatically created and can be signed and sent as appropriate to you practice workflow.
