About Editing a Charted Regimen Need to add cycles to a charted regimen? Need to change the schedule of a charted regimen? There are many ways to change a regimen after it is added to a chart.
The availability of these options is controlled by the Regimen Orders permission, under Patient Chart permissions . The table below describes how the None , View , and Full permission settings affect availability of these options in the Regimen Management menu.

Hide the Orders > Regimens sub-tab.
View
Open the Regimen Management menu with access only to Print Scheduled Orders , Print treatment day approval , View regimen properties , and Audit History . Medication Orders and Non-Medication Orders must be View or Full .
