Launch a Course

Your Transcript shows each curriculum (a set of courses) and each supplemental course assigned to you.

To see each course assigned to you:

Login into the USON Learning Center.
On the Learning menu, hover on Training and click View Your Transcript.
To view the courses in an assigned curriculum, click Open Curriculum.
To begin a course, click Launch.

You can stop a course at any time and come back to it later. Just follow the steps above to pick up where you left off. A check mark indicates a completed lesson.

A score of 80% or better is required to pass a quiz. Not all courses have a quiz. The USON Learning Center keeps track of each course you finish.

Common Troubleshooting Questions

When an issue with a course arises there are several questions that may be asked to troubleshoot the issue. Have answers to these questions handy when you report an issue.

Who should be contacted about the issue? Best contact email or number and time?
Who experienced the issue and what are their roles (MD, RN, MA, etc.)? How many people experienced the issue (1, some, all, etc.)?
Were they at home or the office? Were they on a VPN?
Which browser did they use?
What course and lesson were they on when the issue happened?
What happened? What was the text of the error message, if there was one?
Is the issue repeatable? If so, what are the steps?
