Billing for an Incident To sometimes needs to be set manually.
In an Appointment
If the Mid-level is the only one who saw the patient, Rendering Provider and Seen By are the same for the appointment.
To set or change the Rendering Provider, scroll right and then find and select the Rendering Provider in the drop-down list. For example, you could change the Rendering Provider to the Incident to Provider here.
On a Charge Capture Report
The patient's Attending Provider shows in the Attending field.
The appointment Rendering Provider populates the Billing field.
The appointment Seen By displays in the Seen By field.
