MVP: Advancing Cancer Care Population Health Measures

Starting in 2025, providers will no longer pick a Population Health Measure when registering for an MVP. Using claims, CMS will calculate the case minimum for both measures, if met CMS will issue a score for that measure. If the case minimum is not met, this measure will not be scored. If the case minimum is met for both, CMS will use the measure with highest score.
