About OB/GYN History
The OB/GYN HX sub-tab displays under Clinical Profile for patients documented as Female or Unspecified. It does not display for Male patients.
Complete OB/GYN History
Enter all known information in the provided fields. Make sure to provide accurate and complete details.
Select the appropriate patient information using the radio buttons. Fill in any relevant data fields to ensure comprehensive documentation. Enter information that may not fit into the designated fields in the Comments field.
Click SAVE to add the OB/GYN Hx to the patient chart.
You can see the name of the last user who documented the history and the time of those changes next to the OB/GYN Hx page header.
