Offboard a User
When a someone leaves your practice there are a few steps that must be taken to close their iKnowMed account.
For a Provider User
Follow the special steps at Offboard a Provider instead of those below.
For a USON User Account
Submit a USON IT Standard Service Request to remove the user from the groups:
USON_[practice name]_Okta_iKMG2
USON_[practice name]_Okta_Lynx (if applicable)
Continue with the steps in the following sections.
For a User Who Used iKnowMed as their Identity Provider
For a User Who Used Okta as their Identity Provider
For a User Who Used A Different Identify Provider Than The Above
Deactivate their account in that Identity Provider system.
When Practice Login Permission shows Revoked for the user, set all their Permissions to NONE.
