Patient Assessment

A Patient Assessment, found under Nursing Care, is where you enter whether a patient-reported symptom is assessed and any details about them.

The symptoms include but are not limited to: Anxiety/Depression, Changes in Appetite, Fatigue, Headaches, Nausea, Pain, and Vomiting.
