About the Patient Banner
The Patient Banner is the top portion of your patient's chart. It contains an at-a-glance view of your patient's: Photo, Name, Age, Sex, DOB, MRN, Attending physicians, Diagnosis, Vitals, Allergies, Pain Scale, and more.
Click any blue label in the Patient Banner to jump that area of the chart. For example, to enter a new Weight value, click Ht/Wt/BSA to open Vital Signs.
It also shows Chart Alerts entered for your patient and a way to Send a message about the patient.
