About Patient Information
The Patient Information section, under Demographics, displays your patient's Names, Date of Birth, Sex, Marital Status, Race, Ethnicity, and more. iKnowMed gets some of this information from your practice management system. The rest is manually entered by staff at your practice.
To update Patient Information, click Edit.
After updating the Patient Information, click SAVE (not shown).
