Patient Preferences

The Patient Preferences section under Demographics is where you record your patient's preferred Treatment Location, Hospital, Pharmacy and Facility.

It is also where you indicate that your patient consents to share data related to Rx History, Disease and Treatment Registry, Patient Portal, and 3rd Party Application Access.
