About the Performance Status List
The Performance Status section, under Health Maintenance, lists entries regarding your patient's Performance Status, Cognitive Status, and Depression Status, which are essential for monitoring disease progression and determining treatment.
The Performance Status list shows the Scale/Measure, Observation Date, and Score/Status.
