To document COVID-19 Immunization information:

Click ADD IMMUNIZATION.
Select the Vaccine Manufacturer.
The Status Date automatically defaults to today's date. Click the Calendar Widget to select a different date.
Select a relevant comment regarding teh vaccination status.
Select the Date Received for when the vaccine was administered.
If the patient declines the vaccinations, select the manufacturer of the vaccine that was offered.
Choose the appropriate comment indicating that the patient declined/rejected the vaccine.
Click SAVE.
