About Problems

Problems is where you:

  • View all the Problems and Principal Diagnoses entered for a patient

  • Add Problems or Principal Diagnoses

  • Update the Staging details and ICD10 codes for a Problem

  • Reconcile a Problem List received electronically during a care transition

  • Reconcile a paper Problem List
