To personalize treatment plans and ensure safety, streamline insurance processes and maintain proper charting, you can request the addition of medications or regimens not available in iKnowMed.

If you need to prescribe a medication or regimen that is not currently available in iKnowMed:

  1. Log into ServiceNow using the link below

  2. Complete the request form

  3. Notify your iKnowMed Account Manager about this new request to facilitate a smooth process.
