About the Treatment Plan
The Treatment Plan chart tab is where you create a new Treatment Plan and view prior Treatment Plans.
Access Treatment Plans
To access Treatment Plans, open the chart and either:
Click the Treatment Plan chart tab.
Click DECISION TOOLS.
