Unfinished Charting Dashboard, Pain Plan Documentation
In the User Dashboard > Library, click Unfinished Charting to move the widget into your User Dashboard area. Consider creating a custom dashboard tab named Unfinished Charting prior to adding the widget.
Using this dashboard allows providers to document a pain care plan at any time during the reporting period for patients with positive pain scores at a billed EM visit.
Update as of March 2025: The look back period is now limited to 31 days at a time. User can still go back to the start of the year, but will need to enter the start and end filter days no more than 31 days apart.
