The User Details tab for an iKnowMed account includes the account owner's Name, User Name, Email, Credentials, and main role at the practice (Provider/User Type). It also shows account settings (e.g., User Identity Active, User Identity Locked, Account Inactivation Date) that control access to iKnowMed for the account. Additionally, User Details is where you reset a Password and PIN.
