About User Profiles
Your practice probably has more than 1 provider, more than 1 nurse, more than 1 medical assistant, etc. Setting up everyone who has the same role with the same permissions and preferences means those accounts are set up more quickly and reliably. That is done with a User Profile.
A User Profile is a set of permissions and preferences that are typically relevant for a specific role. Usually, you apply a User Profile when creating a user account or changing multiple user accounts, like when applying a new setting to multiple accounts.
